When you order, our system will auto account the shipping fee. Usually is $15+$2 each additional.
If you will order in bulk and pay by Cash or Money Gram, you will get free shipping.
When we receive your payment info, we will call our shipping manager for shipping out package that day, and we will email to you the express tracking number.

NOTICE: If you are not at home when the items receive your home, the delivery company may send it for 1 or 2 times again. If your are still not at home again. They may be sent back. You'll have to pay for our posting to you again.

We only ship to your confirmed address (the address on file with your credit card company, if you need to ship to an alternative address, please call your credit card company and add the alternative ship to address to your account.)
All goods are shipped directly from storage. When we shipped out goods, we will supply tracking number for you.
There is 24 hours processing period once payment is received. Once shoes are shipped, You will get an email from us with tracking number so you may track your order. You will have your products within 4-14 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 6-8 days. Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance.
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, or carrier complications.
Occasional delay in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on backorder or out of stock.
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, products must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the original box. If the product are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.
